Nikila’s extensive background spanning over 10 years in strategic marketing, behavioral sciences, computer science, sustainable growth strategies, and business development adds a
unique dimension to her work. With a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making, Nikila leverages technology to drive positive change and economic growth, aligning environmental and economic goals with technological innovation.
As a Sustainability Entrepreneur, Nikila focuses on promoting sustainability solutions and environmental stewardship in business development. In addition to her role at Greenbelt Alliance, Nikila actively volunteers and organizes community initiatives throughout Solano County. She serves on multiple committees, boards and commissions. She was named Solano County’s Woman of the Year in 2023 by Senator Bill Dodd for her advocacy and leadership in Environmental Justice, Economic Development, and Social Equity advocacy.
Nikila is currently completing her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, further solidifying her technical acumen. She is a devoted wife and mother of four daughters. In her free time, she enjoys engaging in community activities, reading, exploring new technologies, and spending time with her family.
