This Sunday, Greenbelt Alliance’s team of 12 will start pedaling 320 miles up and down the hills of the Northern California coastline from Eureka to San Francisco on Climate Ride. Participants on the team each raised a minimum of $2,400 which will go to support innovative organizations that are working to combat climate change and advocate for bicycle-friendly streets. Greenbelt Alliance, a first-time beneficiary of the ride, has more riders and has raised more money ($34,000+) than any other team.
