Wanting to be healthy is a good first step. But it’s important to realize that our County and cities play a big role in how easy, or difficult, it is to lead a healthy lifestyle.

It’s a great time to help shape the future of your community since Santa Clara County is currently creating a Health Element as part of its General Plan, a blueprint for how the county will grow.
