On June 12th, the Friends of Lagoon Valley--with help from Greenbelt Alliance--launched
a referendum campaign in response to the Vacaville City Council's approval of
a proposal to build 1300 homes, a golf course and one million square feet
of commercial space in Lagoon Valley. The campaign's goal is to collect 3800
valid signatures in 30 days that would let the voters of Vacaville decide the
fate of development in Lagoon Valley. If you would like to contribute to the
