Three ballot measures endorsed by Greenbelt Alliance cruised to victory on
November 4. These measures protect nearly 75,000 acres of open space and agricultural
land and promote smart infill development within urban growth boundaries.

On December 1, the Petaluma City Council adopted the first Jobs-Housing Linkage
Fee ordinance in Sonoma County by a 6-1 vote.
