Greenbelt Alliance announces a new field representative, homegrown in the Bay Area. Jessica Fitchen joins Greenbelt Alliance as the new South Bay Field Representative. After studying land use and sustainable development as an undergraduate in UC Berkeley, Jessica worked in the organic produce business for farmers' markets for five years. Jessica then attended the University of Santa Clara for her Master's degree in Business Administration. With her varied experience in business processes and environmental issues, she will lead the preservation of open space and promotion of livable communities in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.
