Hello Greenbelt Alliance members and friends. Happy New Year! We're celebrating our 45th birthday this year. Join us for this month's Newswire as we celebrate both our past and present accomplishments.

Wasteful Sprawl Thwarted in East Bay
The East Bay office of Greenbelt Alliance took a step toward protecting open space by mobilizing concerned Antioch community members, organizations and agencies against a proposed 2,700 acre sprawl development south of the city.
