How can we promote smart growth statewide? There are no easy answers,
but one bill on Governor Gray Davis's desk, AB-857, makes headway into
creating the infrastructure to do so. Greenbelt Alliance, along with a
diverse coalition of nonprofit organizations, is supporting Bill AB-857.
